Allow Chickens in Sundance City Limits

<p>As citizens of Sundance, we are thankful to live in a small town where we are able to live productive and safe lives. We wish to allow&nbsp;chickens in Sundance city limits&nbsp;for a variety of reasons including:&nbsp;</p><p>1. We would like to have home-raised eggs from our backyard.</p><p>2. Chickens help with insect, snake and rodent control.</p><p>3. Chickens help enhance the productivity of soil.&nbsp;</p><p>4. Having outside "pets" increases our ability to raise dynamic and responsible children.</p><p>5. We will be a more self-sustaining people when we can raise more of our own food.</p><p>6. Chickens assist in reducing waste by eating fruit and vegetable peels as well as other kitchen scraps.&nbsp;</p><p>7. We will be more aware of science and more interested in our local habitat.&nbsp;</p><p>8. Chickens have been proven to provide stress relief for their owners.&nbsp;</p><p>It's time to bring chickens into the town of Sundance for a healthier and happier community.</p>
