It's not about the Burkini, it's about o...

A Muslim woman was attacked in the beach in Nice, following a ban on Islamic beach attire- Burkinis- in French beaches.

Four police men stood over the woman in question who was resting on the shore in normal Islamic outfit, that is compromised of a regular tunic, a pair of leggings and a head scarf.

The poor woman was then humiliated and ordered to remove her tunic under the name of the law. She was then fined and handed a ticket for not wearing “an outfit respecting good morals and secularism”.

I find this humiliating act repulsive and a violation of the fundamental human rights of this woman.

This new Burkini law is a slap on women's faces and women's freedoms.

Freedom goes both ways, if one is free to expose her body as much as she want to or even go topless or naked, one should be free to cover their body too.

No law made should be so discriminatory.

No woman should be publicly humiliated in this way.

Every woman has the right to decide to wear whatever she is comfortable in, in the beach, in the street, in the bar and elsewhere.

Women should not be harassed by men under the guise of law and be forced to take their clothes off or show her skin unwillingly.

We implore you to stop this proposed ban on burkini's.

Please leave women alone. Let women be, Let women choose!
