<p>Who was the first Native American princess to enter a Disney film? Most would say Pocahontas, right off the bat. However, Pocahontas only entered the Disney family in 1995. Princess Tiger Lily from the earlier film, Peter Pan, entered the Disney family in the year 1953. Yet Pocahontas has been welcomed into the Princess Court officially, and not Tiger Lily. </p>
