<p>I would like for everyone to take some time out to sign this much needed petition. This petition covers the indecent exposure of young adults with their pants sagging. I would like to see a law passed banning such indecency. Every individual violating this law should be fined and jailed after their 3rd violation. This is something I don't want to see as I sit in restaurants, or any other public outing. I will personally hand this petition to the Mayor to have this law passed or to any other higher authority after I receive 1000 signatures. </p>
