As of November 8th 2016 ballet 6 for medical marijuana was passed. But it plainly stipulates that a felon is not allowed treatment with this perscription drug. A person who has done their time and or complied with all they were ask to do should not be denied treatment with any perscription drug for their past mistakes. We the people are being discriminated agianst and will not stand for it. Yet we are as felons allowed to vote ballet 6 in but denied the use of this perscription drug for our health issuse. They dont have the right to punish us through our health exspecially after we have done out time that is called double jepordy! We want this law changed as a felon you can be perscribed oxycotin, Oxycodone, hydrococone, Dilaudid I mean for Christ sakes your treating a perscrtion drug that will be low on THC like is is a dangerous drug. Stop the discrimination Please everyone contact you Arkansas ACLU (its an easy online form to fiil out) as well as call your Governor, and while your at it please sign this petion and share so we can start a class action law suit against the State of Arkansas. They dont have the right to punish us through our health.........
