We require the immediate allocation of additional traffic law enforcement and measures including traffic calming and permanent surveillance by means of `speed- enforcement' cameras.</p><p style="margin: 15px 0px; color: #333333; font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 18px; line-height: 20px;">How many lives need to be lost before the authorities act? How much human suffering -emotional and financial- must be borne by victims of speeding, irresponsible and law-defying motorists?
