<p>The country was shocked at the death recently of Michael Bugler. Unfortunately people going into the Corrib and losing their lives has happened too often in the past. It's because of this that Galway Waterways Patrol was set up last year which unfortunately never got off the ground. Please sign this petition to show your support for an iniatative like this being set up and people actively patrolling the waterways in Galway. While we will never know if a death like Michael Bugler's could have been prevented, we need to do something to try and prevent deaths like this.</p>
