<p><strong>I truely believe that we need to protect animals from animal flippers, abusers, back yard breeders, kill shelters, puppy mills, I think we can get stricter animals rights. Animal flippers are horrible they need to be stopped I want to get a law passed that it is illegal to flip any animal & to stop back yard breeding to where when you HAVE to get your animals fixed, I want to try to close down the kill shelters, and the puppy mills to be get a warrent to shut these people down so I like to get a law where you get caught flipping any animals that the person gets reported and they DO NOT GET A FINE THEY GET JAIL TIME and any the above will never ever be allowed to own any animal period that goes for all listed above so PLEASE PLEASE sign this petition so we can present it to the proper people just remember WE ARE THESE ANIMAL'S VOICES..
