<p>We the undersigned hereby sign this petition for the following reforms for the Pro Football Hall of Fame Selection Committee:</p><p>1. No member shall serve more than five years; To achieve initial changes each member shall draw a number number shall be 1,2 and 3. The 1's shall serve one more year, the 2's shall serve two more years and the 3's shall serve 3 more years, that way the entire body is not change at the same time than an institutional memory will exist.</p><p>2. In addition to the press member representing every city that has a team, each city shall also have one fan representative to be chosen by application by the team's front office, much like a vacant city commission or city council seat is filled. Each fan representative will draw a number 4, 5 or 6 clearly each number corresponds to the number of years that fan representative may serve on the Selection Committee.</p><p>3. The final votes shall be for and on the record so a roll call vote will be used and must be posted to the Pro Football Hall of Fame's website, after all they are a non-profit secret voting is not allowed.</p><p>We the undersigned believe that the aforementioned changes would help the Pro Football Hall of Fame achieve it's mission better.
