<p>We the undersigned residents of the Walker Pond / Charles River Village neighborhood of Needham are opposed to the proposed zoning change to allow a multi unit condominium development proposed for 1361 South street by developer Brian Millerick.</p><p><span class="notranslate">A project consisting of five 35 foot high 3 bedroom condominiums on the highest point in the neighborhood on a lot that is only .59 acres. A multi unit</span> <span id="comment_all_39825052" class="hide notranslate">project of this size "shoehorned" on this parcel is not in keeping with the character of the neighborhood and would change it irreparably. </span></p><p><span class="hide notranslate">The density and scale of five separate 3 bedroom units on a .59 acre lot is totally inappropriate a neighborhood primarily zoned as single residences on 1 acre lots</span></p><p><span id="comment_all_39825052" class="hide notranslate">We wish the Needham Zoning Board of Appeals to eliminate the "non conforming" neighborhood business use and instead revert the parcel at 1361 South street to a single residence acre zoning consistent with that of the neighborhood at large.</span></p>
