<p>We, the undersigned, request the following from the IPA as it relates to current contract negotiations:</p><p>1. The elimination of all MIA specific scheduling language (13.B.2.g).</p><p>2. The removal of the term except MIA throughout article 13.</p><p>If the above are absolutely not possible, then:</p><p>3. Radical improvements in 13.B. to include:</p><p> A. The reduction of single day offs allowed per pay period which is currently 275% Higher than any other domicile. (13.B.2.g.(1)).</p><p> B. The elimination of 13.B.2.g.(6). Or at least some percentage value of long block off patterning other than the current goal of ZERO. Also to include long block off patterning for other lines, if not 60% as enjoyed by every other domicile at least 30%.</p><p>4. The placement of all MIA night turns lines under EDW, whether domestic or Americas. To include duty limits and duty rigs for compensation.</p><p>5. Finally, if we, MIA, must continue to be singled out from all other crewmembers in the UPS system, we will be requesting an elected seat on the Board to represent our unique interests.</p><p> </p><p> </p>
