<p>We, the residents of Plaza Midtown, are concerned about the activities taking place at the Prickly Pear located on ground level of the building.</p><p>The loud music until late into the evening and early morning hours, loitering on sidewalks, vomit on sidewalks, and the excessive trash and litter on sidewalks.</p><p>We request that the Prickly Pear maintain noise levels after 10 p.m. 7 days a week, close all doors and windows to decrease outside noise levels. Take steps to discourage loitering and close patio after 10 p.m. Clean all outside areas affected by their patrons before close of business that evening.</p><p>There has been no respect for residents residing in Plaza Midtown. Residents have tried to come to a peaceful solution to know avail.</p><p>We believe that this petition is necessary to show the residents position on this matter.</p>
