Titan Springs Neighborhood Water Discharg...

<p>We, the Residents of Titan Springs, are petitioning the Developer, Mr. Stover, to make changes in our neighborhood to properly manage water that is discharging onto our properties. We feel as though, as the neighborhood is currently developed, that there is not an adequate system to manage water from roof runoff and adjacent properties, thus leaving standing water in our yards. This standing water kills our plants and grass, makes it impossible to mow for several days, creates breeding grounds for mosquitoes, and causes our sump pumps to work continuously. A system needs to be in place to take the water between properties to a ditch.&nbsp;</p>
