<p>Our neighborhood is zoned as a single family dwelling zone. That is why we all bought our homes in this particular neighborhood. We do not want the Zoning Board to approve Cristin Pugliese's request. Our property values could potentially go down. If the house is converted to a multi-family house, this is a forever designation. This means that whoever buys the house does not have to be an owner occupant. Our neighborhood is filled with owners, not investors, and we want to keep it that way.</p>
