<p>Please take a moment to sign this petition to help protect the little ones who can't protect themselves. Jacobs law is a law that would make it mandatory for anybody who has ever been convicted of ANY crime against a child to register into a database (much like the sexual database that is in place now). This would allow parents, grandparents, teachers, etc. to be able to check into who these children are being subjected to. In Jacobs case, and many other cases, this could have made a difference.
