<p>I am starting a petition to with hold rent until the mouse infestation is fixed. We are loosing clothes, food , and money behind this problem. Just because we live in the Hartford does not mean we have to live nasty conditions. Our landlords have us living in filth and it is not fair to us our the kids that have to live here as well.</p>
