<p><strong>Did you know the H.O.A can foreclose on a home with excessive violations?</strong> <strong>Are you tired of receiving violations every month for ridiculous reasons?</strong> Let the board know by signing this petition. It is your right as a resident to voice concerns about property management. If this petition receives the signature of a majority of residents the board will either have to go through the process of <strong>selecting an <span style="text-decoration: underline;">alternative property management company</span>, <span style="text-decoration: underline;">discuss self management</span> or address these concerns with the current property management company. Only residents name's will be counted and provided to the H.O.A. board members.</strong></p>
