Little Egypt Road.</strong></p><p>RHH Land Investors LLC is requesting the rezoning of 81.2 acres from R-T (Transitional Residential) to PD-R (Planned Development-Residential) to permit a subdivision with up to 230 lots for single family detached homes.</p><p>This 81.2 acres of land is zoned for Transitional Residential <strong>ALLOWING 1.33 HOMES PER ACRE</strong>. If requested rezoning of this 81.2 acres to Planned Development-Residential is passed, it could <strong>ALLOW UP TO 2.8 HOMES PER ACRE</strong>. CURRENT ZONING IS RESIDENTIAL–TRANSITIONAL REQUIRING MINIMUM LOT SIZES OF ¾ ACRE, 30 FEET FRONT YARDS, 40 FEET REAR YARDS, AND 10 FEET FROM BUILDING LINE.
