<p>The United States election process has been repeatedly shown to be flawed if not fraudulent.&nbsp; the 2016 election will determine weather the USA will continue down the path of oligarchy towards despotism or back onto the path of democracy. &nbsp;</p><p>We the undersigned hereby affirm the need for the Carter Center <a href="http://www.cartercenter.org/index.html">http://www.cartercenter.org/index.html</a> to monitor the 2016 United States election.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>The Democratic National Committee has already shown to be biased toward the candidate of the oligarchy.&nbsp; The Republican party is clearly in their hands.&nbsp; Let the people take back the country!</p>
