Demand Solar on all new buildings

<p>Demand the government change the building regulations so that every new building must have at least a 3kw solar array and solar hot water by law.</p><p>The benefits would be a reduction in electrics bills by 1/3rd massively reducing Britain's energy needs; reduce the need for solar farms and benefit every householder with free electricity, boost Britain's solar energy industry, remove the need for Fracking and the government's desperate dash for gas.</p><p>The regulations in France are changing for this way. (commercial only at present)</p><p>They change the regulations yearly -&nbsp;so make this change&nbsp;turn every house/factory into its own power station.</p><p>The government say we need &nbsp;1 million new homes- that's 30million sqm's of solar panels</p><p>The Government will say it's to expensive, - but the additional cost - which on a house build will be minimal - can be removed by changing the planning regulations to limit the amount the&nbsp;local authority charge the builders in 106 agreements.</p><p>This idea is not new, it's building up with questions already being raised in parliament by independent politicians.</p><p>Don't want the barrage, don't want wind farms, don't want solar farms, don't want fracking - then lets put solar were it belongs - on the roof - for everyone.</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
