Help Wrongly Convicted Harvey Windsor

<p>Harvey Windsor was wrongfully convicted of the murder of Rayford Howard and Randal Pepper.<br />While there was ample evidence available to exonerate him of this crime, none of that evidence would be presented.</p><p>Suppression of evidence is a term used in the United States legal system to describe the lawful or unlawful act of preventing evidence from being shown in a trial.<br /><br /></p><p>EXAMPLES OF WITHHELD EVIDENCE IN WINDSORS TRIAL</p><p>Evidence of the 2 Franklin Couty robberies that did not result in deaths of the victims were withheld where as two eyewitness had identified Guthrie as one of the two men</p><p>that robbed them, however did not identify Windsor as the accomplice.</p><p>* 02/25/88 Request Nationwide broadcast</p><p>This Department is Investigating an Armed Robbery with a Murder that Occurred this date "We are looking for a Small Dark Green Car Possibly a Toyota or a Datsun"<br />(A Ford Maverick looks quite similar) with an Alabama or Georgia Licence , The Vehicle will have Severe Body Damage to the right side.<br />This car was never mentioned in court. Yet several witness Identified this car as the one leaving the scene of the first robbery.</p><p>* Several witnesses were unable to Identify Windsor from a line up. Throughout this trial the car that witnesses described was with held from the trial</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Harvey Windsor was seen at 1:30 pm on February 25 1988 making a purchase of Gas oil and snacks at</p><p>Fishers Sann Ann South of Honey Comb then travelling North driving a dark blue 1976<br />plymouth swinger. When he was arressted he he told his parents to go there and clear his debt as he regulary purchased on credit and was very well known there.</p><p>Sworn statement of Lavon Guthrie " Two eyewitness which according to my trial lawyer had identified me and the state would not call testimony as they insist Harvey Lee Windsor was not one of the two men that had robbed them. The evidence being withheld is favorable to Mr. Windsor, It proves his innocence, and the facts will be further explained in my statement. My participation in the commission of these crimes were in fact someone other than Harvey Lee Windsor as my accomplice.Mr. Windsor had no active roll or involvement and is only a victim of circumstances outside his ability of knowledge or control. Most of the states case against me is correct, but the identity of the co- defendant and the facts stated here-in. 02-21-88&nbsp;</p><p>Alabama law enforcement officials sent bulletins to law enforcement agencies in other states notifying them that Windsor and Guthrie were wanted in connection with a robbery-murder in Alabama.</p><p>The bulletins described the suspects as two white males, one of whom was seen wearing a black cap. They were driving a brown 1970's model Plymouth Volare automobile.<br />"This car was never mentioned in court. How did the black mustang end up being the car? and why the secrecy on the green Toyota or Datsun"? Instead we&nbsp;are lead to believe that there was a Mustang at the place where Rayford Howard had been murdered</p><p>One victim was held at gun point in her home, and when shown a photo line up, she could not make a positive ID.</p><p>Another victim was robbed at her place of work in Franklin County,<br />It was in the media that the same two people who were responsible for this were the same two that were wanted in connection with the murder of Rayford Howard and Randal Pepper still no positive ID.</p><p>These women's statements were not allowed in trial.</p><p>Remember now their was no evidence what so ever at either crime scene that even hinted Windsor was the suspect.</p><p>Harvey Windsor's name and photograph were put in the media from the 27th February on wards with a reward being offered.The one and only thing convicting Windsor was an in court identification from a witness who previously could not identify Windsor &nbsp;at all.</p><p>then she &nbsp;claimed Windsor was at her &nbsp;house on 25th of Febuary 1988</p><p><a href="https://www.facebook.com/SaveHarveyWindsorOnAlabamaDeathRow/">Visit Windsors Facebook page to see statements and read about his case</a></p><p>A law student awaiting her license to practice law in Alabama Sat in the audience during this St Clair trial, then took on the appeal to the ACCA-Alabama Crimin<span class="text_exposed_show">al Court of Appeals. There are 3 supplements to the trial record ordered by the ACCA due to it being incomplete by the third trial the attorney had noticed the testimony did not match to what she heard with her own ears. "She requested the ACCA order the tapes be turned over to the ACCA the trial court reporters response to this order was those tapes have already been reused for a different trial."</span></p><p><span class="text_exposed_show">Please support a fair trial, Windsor has spent 27 years of his life in prison for crimes he</span></p><p><span class="text_exposed_show">most certainly did not commit.There is over whelming proof of his innocence and if he had been given a fair trial with a good Attorney he wouldn't be on Death Row </span></p>
