<p>Crosland Southeast is one of the leading retail developers in the country and we are grateful they have partnered with our community to redevelop the old Bellevue Center Mall site. Their plans for this site have been thoughtful and promising. Residents who sign this petition are concerned about the addition of a Burlington Coat Factory to the development. From what we know and understand, Burlington Coat Factory is the not the caliber retail store that we believe befits our community. We would like Crosland Southeast to reconsider the placement of the Burlington Coat Factory in this development. Thank you for taking the time to hear our concern. </p>
