<p>In the Silicon Valley Homelessness is a rising issue and we have the highest percentage in terms of having numerous amounts of homeless people. We need to change it and get signatures from the citizens of San Jose to help us advocate the issue of homelessness. In this petition we’re focusing on homeless housing and asking for building more shelters out of vacant area and abandon houses in this area.</p>
