<p>We the British people believe that there has never been a more grave and present danger than the election of Donald Trump to the stability of our world. We have joked about it for a year, but now we believe that action is necessary to communicate our views with the United States.</p><p>His opinions and his voice on so many issues leave us horrified by the prospect of the 'leader of the free world' being Donald Trump.</p><p>As British people we care for the weak, other nations, other religions and those less fortunate than ourselves. We also observe a strong economy with lowering crime rates in the U.S which is at odds with the claims made by Mr Trump, which we fear could influence those less informed than us lucky enough to have access to non-partisan information, and may therefore persuade the U.S electorate to vote based on perverse media derived fears, rather than true facts.</p><p>We advise the people of the United States, and especially those who believe in the fine traditions and values of both the Republican and Democratic parties to consider that the United Kingdom, America's closest ally, are against the election of Donald Trump as President of the United States. </p><p>We don't believe that the U.S is perfect, nor do we believe any political party is perfect and able to deliver Utopia, but we do believe that when a threat such as this vastly under qualified candidate manifests itself, we must speak out.</p><p>We would also like to state, that this is not the UK's view on Liberal vs Conservative values:</p><p>If you are a Republican, we ask you to believe in your party, and those grand old cherished beliefs, and see that the majority of your elected officials are pained to believe in Donald Trump. We ask you to see that they have been backed into a corner by the attack dogs under Donald Trump's influence that has ignited the darkest corners of your country representing themselves as conservatives. We believe that if Donald Trump is elected, you will be on the terribly wrong side of history, even if your values are not.</p><p>If you are a Democrat, then your laughter at Donald Trump may fade come November. Although we cannot directly influence the election - you can. Do not miss the opportunity to vote.</p><p>If you are an Independent or a Libertarian, or voting Green. We tremendously respect and value the honor in your choice to vote; just please remember we do not believe that this is your year for a protest vote.</p><p>We as British people formally respect any american that votes, and demonstrates the greatest democracy in the world's ability to govern itself.
